FS are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains. This policy is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the FS Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy.
For avoidance of doubt: FS will work with enforcement agencies to ensure successful prosecution of anyone (individual or group) who uses, directly or indirectly, the FS sites for any purpose in contravention of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

FS Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

This policy applies to all persons using our sites in any capacity, working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives and business partners. In light of FS obligation to report on measures to ensure that all parts of our business and supply chain are slavery free, FS has put in place this Anti-Slavery Policy and, FS has reviewed its policies and procedures to assess their effectiveness in identifying potential modern slavery issues. This Anti-Slavery Policy and our workplace policies and procedures demonstrate our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our company, on our sites and in our supply chains. For avoidance of doubt, FS proactively works with enforcement authorities and will report any person or group that appears to be in contravention with human rights and/or other prevailing law.


Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate human rights abuse, FS employs “moderators”, which comprise sophisticated technologies that are extremely efficient and are then checked by human moderators. All incidents that are questionable are reported to senior administrators that have the experience and powers to escalate such incidents to official enforcement authorities.


Supplier Adherence to FS Values

FS have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those who enter our sites as users, advertisers, company employees and contractors (this list is not limited) comply with our values and compliance programme. Advertisers are encouraged to confirm their identity via our Validation process
• All FS customers have the option to remain anonymous and be categorised as highest risk to FS advertisers.
• Customers that have validated identity have demonstrated transparency and trust becomes a matter for adults to measure (FS cannot endorse either).
FS reserves the right to verify all identities, advertiser or customer, via all available and legal means, which may include criminal and financial histories that are in the public domain.

Compliance with the Policy

You must ensure that you read, understand and comply with this policy. The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of FS businesses which includes anyone or company that use our site in any capacity, supply any service to us or the site, the responsibility of all those working for us or under our control (this list is not limited).
