Advertisers Policy

No Users and or escorts are permitted to create or use nicknames, such as ‘admin’, or any other nickname that may lead other members to believe they are part of the Administration Team of FS. Nor is it permitted to create or use nicknames with the intent of impersonating an FS Group Manager. If any member is found to be claiming to others that they are acting on behalf of or are part of the Administration Team of FS or one of its Groups, their membership may be terminated immediately. Members are not permitted to re-direct visitors off the FS Platform(s) away to other Platform/sites, to purchase items or for any other purposes. If you wish to provide links to external sites, you must ensure you have our permission to do so using the facility provided and the requirements therein. Escorts photos and movie uploads must feature the escort, have been filmed by the escort and/or legally belong to the escort. Escorts are not permitted to upload any content that has been obtained from other sources or that has been purchased or licenced from, by or through a third party. Users must not advertise services that they do not actually or intend to offer. Users who are found to do so to gain extra, free exposure on the Platform may be restricted indefinitely.

Advertiser members offering services that do not login for a period of 60 days may be suspended or have their profile restricted, to ensure no restriction will be placed on them they will need to activate or reconfigure their profile or preferences, within that time frame. Only one profile of each user is allowed, i.e. one ‘offering’ and one ‘seeking’ profile per user. Advertiser content and any communication or promises made to Customers or guests of the FS Platform(s) must be compliant with the law applicable in the Advertisers location. Any profiles found in breach may be removed and membership terminated.

Misleading titles/descriptions are likely to result in suspension or deactivation. Inaccurate or misleading titles will be subject to rejection and/or removal; this would include titles such as “1” or “Uploaded Picture”. Advertisers only need to upload a minimum of 1 photo to get approved. To avoid misleading Customers, it is not permitted to upload duplicate images and/or images that are noticeably too similar to others in your gallery. Any images that FS deems to be too similar or duplicates will be deleted at FS’s discretion.

The forms, features and services of the FS Platform(s) may only be used for their intended purpose. Anyone found to be misusing any part of the FS Platform(s) may be subject to actions, at the sole discretion of FS, which may result in the termination of membership and/or reported to the authorities. Misuse includes the use of automated programs, scripts or macros run in or targeted at or to the FS Platform (s) and is members. It is prohibited for Advertisers to: • Copy other people’s profiles, beyond standard wording that could be applicable to many.
• Use words such as “Verified”, “Recommended” or “Official” within titles, profiles, sale items or any fields linked to an Advertiser, other than as specified within the Agreement.
• Remove, delete or re-upload content that has previously been uploaded in an attempt to increase exposure to your profile. This has no effect on how/where your profile appears on the Platform(s) home pages.
• Include email addresses; telephone numbers; physical addresses or URLs/links to other websites in your profile or any content displayed therein. This also includes your email auto-response and signature.

The FS Platform(s) make no warranties or guarantees that the Advertiser verification image (still or video) or profile data relates to the person(s) advertising or appearing on the profile page. The Advertiser verification photos are intended to enable Customers to make a realistic judgement as to the compatibility with their selection criteria, based on and trusting the authenticity of the profile content. Any user found to be swapping profile pictures to show different people, or changing a profile’s underlying identity after verification, will have to undergo immediate re-verification or have their account deactivated. Once verified all profile content must pertain to the verified member. If profile pictures are removed after verification, you will be subject to re-verification. The files you upload must be of an appropriate quality, size and resolution so that we can clearly identify you. Anything that is illegible or potentially doctored will be rejected. The primary form of photo ID that is accepted is a Passport, which must be signed. If you do not hold a passport, we can accept other forms of photo identification which will be advised to you when necessary. We shall endeavour to have your submissions checked and approved, and your profile verified, within 24 hours. In normal circumstances it will be much sooner. In some cases, especially non-UK Nationals, it could be longer, in which case please wait 48 hours before contacting us regarding verification. Users who provide fake or falsified ID will have their membership/profile immediately terminated and any further attempts to register will be rejected. In the event the authenticity of a profile or its content is questioned, the profile may be suspended; the Advertiser may be required to supply verification details to confirm that they are the person appearing in the content.
