Any content (textual, graphical or audible) that suggests under age activity, incest, activities involving animals or activities that are normally conducted against the will of an involved party, whether published in the context of role-play or otherwise, are not permitted in any area of the FS Platform(s). This includes but is not limited to member messages, posts, uploads, profile, picture titles, movie descriptions, blogs, sale items and erotica items. Users of the Platform must not use nicknames that suggest or imply illegal activities, or other references such as availability, outlined in this Agreement. This includes any under-age references, whether in the context of role-play or not; we therefore require that members do not use numbers between 10 and 17 in their nickname. If those numbers are included as part of a date or other non-related sequence, this is permitted. Users must not issue false ratings against other Users for reasons of malice, abuse, defamation, or any other dispute; such acts may result in both Users being deleted. Any ratings/feedback that discloses a User’s personal information, such as their real name, phone number, or real address, will be subject to moderation and the User posting such information may be deactivated. Users are not permitted to issue false ratings for themselves in order to deceive others into reading false, positive feedback. FS will not enter into correspondence in relation to moderated ratings.
The FS Platform(s) Users must not supply or upload text, audio, or images; which includes still and moving images as well as live feeds, that contain of any of the following:
• Persons under 18 years of age
• Include music soundtracks from professional artists in any audible recording, other than soundtracks with the permission of the copyright owner
• Depictions of incest and sexual acts between people classed as being too closely related to marry each other
• Animals, or acts which show a person performing or appearing to perform an act of intercourse or oral sex with an animal or any sexual or illegal acts.
• Acts that threaten or appear to threaten a person’s life, (this includes depictions of hanging, suffocation, or sexual assault with or without the threat with a weapon)
• Acts of self-harm or depictions thereof (content showing people that have such scars is permitted as long as there is no broken skin or colouration that would indicate them being recent)
• Torture with instruments
• Bondage, where no apparent means of withdrawing consent is available
• Dismemberment or graphic mutilation
• Acts which result in, or appear to result (or be likely to result) in serious injury to a person’s anus, breasts or genitals, (this could include the insertion of sharp objects or the mutilation of breasts or genitals)
• Acts which involve or appear to involve sexual interference with a human corpse
• Weapons (guns, knives etc)
• Realistic portrayals of rape
• Sadomasochistic material which goes beyond trifling and transient infliction of injury
• Fisting
• Hard sports
• Activities involving perversion or degradation (such as drinking urine, urination or vomiting on to the body, or excretion or use of excreta)
• “watersports” are permitted although depictions of urination into, or near, the mouth are not.
